Most agencies hand you an invoice and a hope. We'd rather put something on the line. Which guarantee applies depends on what you buy and who runs it — so here are all three, plainly.
We run it · Growth & Signature
If it doesn't produce, we keep working.
If your dashboard hasn't reached the qualified-lead number we set together — written into your scope before you sign — within 60 days of launch, we keep working the account. Campaigns, nurture, reactivation, follow-up. No monthly fee until it does, for up to a further 120 days.
On Growth you approve who gets contacted; on Signature we do. Either way we run it, and you keep paying only what the tools themselves cost. Our labor is on us.
Done-for-you · reactivation campaigns
If the reactivation doesn't pay for the build, you don't pay for the build.
Give us your past-customer list — it has to be a real list, and we'll tell you the qualifying count in writing before we start — and we'll run a reactivation campaign against it. If the work you book off that list in 45 days is worth less than what you paid us to build the system, we refund the setup fee.
And you keep the website. A refund that takes your site back isn't a refund.
Every build · both models
The build is guaranteed to be the build.
Whatever your scope says we're building, that's what works when we hand it over. A form that won't submit, an automation that won't fire, a page that won't load — we fix it free for 30 days after launch.
On done-with-you, this is where our promise ends and yours begins: we guarantee the build, not how it gets run once it's yours. That's the trade for the lower fee.
What we ask of you
A guarantee only works if both sides work. Six things, and they're the same six that make the system work anyway:
- Answer the leads we hand you within four business hours — a real human reply, on at least 90% of them. The automations buy you time; they don't count as the answer.
- On Growth, approve at least the number of sends in your scope each month — 25 unless we set it higher together. We find them, research them, and write the drafts; you decide who's worth contacting. Going through the queue weekly is the easy way to keep up, but the month is what gets measured. The engine can only work the list you let it work.
- Leave the automations running — don't switch off the thing doing the work.
- Get us your list, your approvals, and your access on the dates we agree.
- Run the offer we agreed on, for as long as we agreed to run it.
- Log the work you book. If a reactivated customer books over the phone, it still has to land in the dashboard — that's the record the guarantee gets measured against.
That's the whole list. If something slips, we tell you in writing and you get five business days to fix it — nobody loses a guarantee to a surprise.
The exact numbers — your lead threshold, your list minimum, your dates — are set in your scope of work before you sign, and the full terms live in § 13.3 of our services agreement. Nothing here that isn't in there.

Do I need to spend on ads?+
No. The reactivation engine works your existing list and inbound. Ads are optional, never required.
Do I own my website and my data?+
Yes. The website is yours and your data is yours — if you ever leave, we hand over the site and export your contacts, opportunities, and conversation history. The automation build runs on our platform; if you want to keep that running too, we'll migrate it into your own GoHighLevel account for a one-time fee. Nothing gets held hostage — some of it just has to move house.
How long until it's live?+
Most builds go live within the first week. We tune it from there against real results.
What if I already have a website?+
We either rebuild it properly or wire the system onto what you have. Either way, the leaks get fixed first.
Who actually runs it?+
On done-for-you, we do. The backend is our kitchen. You get leads and results on one screen.
Can't I just set this up myself with AI tools?+
You could — the tools are cheap and everywhere. What's expensive is the time to wire them together, keep them running, and follow up every lead. That's the part we run for you, so you don't inherit a second job.
Am I locked into a long contract?+
No long lock-in games. Done-for-you runs a three-month minimum from go-live — the build and the reactivation work are front-loaded, and the system needs a real run to show what it does — then it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Monthly scales with the system you turn on and with who runs it: done-with-you costs less because you operate it.
What happens if it doesn't work?+
That depends on what you bought, and we put it in writing either way. On done-for-you, if you haven't hit the qualified-lead number in your scope within 60 days of launch, we keep working the account with no monthly fee until you do, for up to a further 120 days. If we ran a reactivation campaign against a qualifying customer list and the work you booked off it in 45 days is worth less than your setup fee, we refund the setup fee and you keep the site. On every build, anything that doesn't work the way your scope says it should gets fixed free for 30 days.
